John Settembrino
John Settembrino started his career in the world of finance in 1973 with a major life insurance company. Ten years later he realized his lifelong dream of creating a true family business with the establishment of Professional Financial Consultants, LLC.
Among the various organizations in which John holds membership are the Financial Planning Association, the Million Dollar Round Table, and the Westchester County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he has held various Board positions.
John’s focus is to minimize his clients’ taxes and increase their wealth. Working with clients of various financial and social backgrounds, he has attained an acute knowledge and perspective of people’s goals and objectives.

A veteran of the United States Air Force, John continued his education after discharge, earning numerous qualifications and certifications in the financial planning and insurance arena. Currently living in Yorktown Heights, New York, John is a supporter of Yorktown’s youth athletic programs and is actively involved in numerous civic and sports organizations.

Bill Settembrino
Partner and Registered Principal
Bill Settembrino started Professional Financial Consultants in 1997 after serving as a Financial Advisor for a large firm. Becoming an independent Financial Advisor allows him to offer clients investment advice not influenced by proprietary sales products or quotas.
Bill understands that clients seek to achieve confidence and trust in their investment process. He can provide direction with their investments, offer support during periods of market volatility and provide sensible investment strategies to help them reach their financial objectives. Bill will retain the confidence and trust of clients through a commitment of integrity and a promise to always place his client’s well-being before his own.
Bill is a Directors Council and Best of Producer member for more than 10 years, and also a top producer through his BD Cadaret Grant. Bill is recognized by Westcheser Magazine as a Top-Scoring Wealth manager and has been awarded to the Cadaret Grant Top Advisors conference for 10 consecutive years. Bill is married with 3 children and is involved in various civic organizations and charities.

Philip Settembrino
Partner
Philip is a partner and has been working with Professional Financial Consultants since 2001. He is able to assist businesses, families and individuals in creating tailor-made financial plans built around each client's goals and objectives. Philip realizes that changing economic times require greater client attention; he does this by increasing client contact through monthly newsletters, client events focused on economic insights, frequent market updates, regular phone and email communications.
Mr. Settembrino has been honored as a top producer through his broker dealer Cadaret Grant along with Directors Counsel and Preferred Partner recognition with various mutual fund and annuity companies. In 2009 and recently in 2010 he was selected as a Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager by Westchester Magazine. In addition to holding a Series 7, 63 and life insurance license Mr. Settembrino is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in Economics Finance.
